My path to holistic wellness wasn’t linear; it was born from my own healing journey. Through yoga and meditation, I discovered the wisdom of the body and the nature of the mind. Through emotional healing, I learned to face and release the patterns that had kept me stuck. With Reiki, I experienced the grounding and profound peace that comes from energetic balance. And with spiritual knowledge, all seeking ended, and I am free!
These modalities didn’t just help me heal, they transformed my life. And they ignited a deep calling to share this work with others.
As a child, I was quite aware, gentle, and compassionate. Growing up, I lived in my world of books, enchanted forests, art, geometric shapes, and designs, with a deep interest in the metaphysical. Somewhere along the way, after a graduation degree in Sociology and a decade of work in electronic media, and learning to cope with the stress of living in a big city, I figured my purpose and path, to know myself.
Thereon, I relocated and deep-dived into the world of yoga, meditation, Reiki, and spirituality 25 years ago, both as a practitioner (sadhak) and as a teacher, guide, and facilitator. I traditionally studied the Vedic scriptures for eight years under the tutelage of a Sanskrit scholar. I trained and expanded to work exclusively with mental and emotional well-being, which I am passionate about. I speak of my life as if I am the “doer”, but there is no “doership” here, life happens, and how! I feel blessed and grateful.
My journey has taken me across the world, working globally and collaborating with leading wellness brands such as Six Senses and Ananda in the Himalayas, while learning from diverse cultures and healing traditions.
All my offerings are available both in person and at a distance, online or offline, so anyone, anywhere, can join this journey of self-discovery.
